Job Description
- At least 3 years’ experience in IT Recruiter
- Sourcing the potential candidates and pre-screen candidates who are qualified with client requirements
- Conduct interview candidates in shortlist/Phone interview
- Handled the tasks of IT outsourcing, identifying and approaching suitable candidates for the right profile
- Negotiated salary structure as well as arrangement of the interview schedule
- Prepare the contract and arrange for the candidate to sign the contract once completed.
- Handled client’s demand and ensured that their needs were fulfilled
- Handled job posting, and social media as well.
- To reference check and criminal check
- Keep tracking of the recruitment process, dealing directly with candidates
- Support all recruitment functions
- Responsible for the development of relationships with staff
- Resolve the problem and initiative the new action plan with the manager
