ความรับผิดชอบ
- บริหารจัดการโครงการ (Project Initiatives) ต่างๆ ทั้งภายในแผนกเดียวหรือครอบคลุมหลายกลุ่มธุรกิจ
- Participate and /or drive feasibility studies, vendor selections, and proposals for evaluation by appropriate key stakeholders.
- Procure/Acquire adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes.
- ประเมินงบประมาณ ระยะเวลา และจัดทำแผนงานโดยละเอียด (Detailed Project Plans) ในทุกๆ เฟสของโครงการ
- Work with Product Owner and vendors to complete necessary internal IT/Security/Compliance assessments.
- Provide on-site leadership for the project team by motivating team members to meet project goals, and adhering to their responsibilities, and project timeline.
- ดูแลการทำงานและทรัพยากรในแต่ละวันของโครงการ รวมถึงเป็นประธานในการประชุมทีม
- Ensure that projects are proceeding according to the defined scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
- บริหารจัดการและรับมือกับปัญหา (Issues) รวมถึงความเสี่ยง (Risks) ต่างๆ ของโครงการ เพื่อป้องกันและลดผลกระทบที่จะเกิดขึ้น
- Prepare and communicate status reporting regarding project progress, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารจัดการโครงการ (Project Management) มากกว่า 5 ปี
- More than 5 years of experience managing cross-functional business stakeholders within a large organization.
- Process improvement/business analyst experience is preferred.
- สามารถทำงานในสภาพแวดล้อมที่รวดเร็ว (Fast-paced) และพร้อมรับมือกับความซับซ้อนหรือความไม่ชัดเจนได้ดี
- มีทักษะการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น (Collaboration) สูง เพื่อขับเคลื่อนเป้าหมายทางธุรกิจให้สำเร็จ โดยเน้นโซลูชันที่ใช้งานได้จริง เรียบง่าย และยึดลูกค้าเป็นศูนย์กลาง (Customer-focused)
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและปฏิสัมพันธ์ที่ดี สามารถโน้มน้าวใจ สร้างการยอมรับ และขับเคลื่อนให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงได้
- ทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองและการแก้ปัญหาที่ยอดเยี่ยม
- สามารถใช้งาน MS Word, Excel และ PowerPoint ได้ในระดับดี (Intermediate)
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (Good command of English)
- Familiar with Agile, Scrum methodology.
